Account Executive

Account Executive 

This highly motivated person will be responsible for prospecting and selling our consulting services to enterprise and mid-market businesses.  You will be responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish, including researching leads, calling into accounts, qualifying prospects, conducting software demonstrations, creating proposals, closing business and on-going account management.  You will have access to Plus Consulting technical specialists to assist you during the sales process, but you will be driving the sales process yourself.  


Research and prospect target leads
Participate in and help manage marketing events/seminars
Conduct prospecting calls into target accounts
Network with Microsoft and other strategic business partners
Create proposals and pricing options for each prospect
Follow through on proposals until deal completion
Network within the business community, creating and managing opportunities
Engage with potential customers and drive the sales process
Create and deliver sales calls and presentations via the team selling effort
Meet and/or exceed annual sales quota


Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to establish credibility with C-level executives
Professional, assertive and skilled in forming new relationships in their territory
Experience with presentation and proposal development
Must be willing to work closely with team members within the sales team


Four year degree, Advanced degree(s)
Prior experience in solution selling
Information technology knowledge
Prior experience using a CRM system to manage a pipeline
