Systems Analyst

Professional services specialist who possesses a keen interest in supply chain management and process improvement, enjoys new challenges and project opportunities and meeting and working with new people. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years’ experience implementing and working with Supply Solutions, and has experience managing customer issues and working in a team environment to implement a solution.

Specific Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to business process review sessions with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, project sponsors, department heads, customer and OR other supply chain Systems Analyst
Participate and deliver design documents and supporting documentation for the application solution (Functional design, testing requirements, end user support and testing.)
As required analyze, document functional requirements and collaborate with other team members to implement system enhancements.
Discuss and advise subject matter experts on how to use and troubleshoot custom applications and assist them in successful product utilization.
Execute conversion and cut over activities, and provide customer support during go-live period.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience working within a supply chain or direct ERP implementation experience
Excellent conceptual knowledge of supply chain management
Demonstrated capability to work with a team in a leadership role.
Excellent English written and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates leadership & ownership
Flexibility & self-learning ability
Strong and effective interpersonal skills

Contract-to-hire. Candidates must be willing to accept a contract-to-hire
