Salesforce Developer/Administrator 

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop current SFDC architecture, objects, junctions, workflows, Apex triggers and Visualforce pages, as well as maintain currently existing SFDC related items.
Re-evaluate the current org (objects, fields, workflows, triggers, etc.) and optimizing it for our current business use and processes.
Handle all Salesforce related Support Tickets.
Interact with the various Department Heads to plan out and execute SFDC related requests.
Working in conjunction with Department Heads, development of all Operations Processes Binder materials, designed to serve as support/knowledgebase to end-users and as a “how-to” within the organization.
Development and execution of various trainings, along with required documentation/presentations.
Perform troubleshooting and consultation on routine and complex issues and act as a top-level contributor/specialist in resolving problems.
Works with outsourced vendors to ensure smooth flow of leads into and out of the Salesforce system and the call center software power dialer system.
Run reports, develop lists, customer segmentation from Salesforce.
Work with key stakeholders in analyzing business requirements, documenting those requirements as necessary to ensure complete coverage, outlining the development tasks required, planning and supporting Quality Assurance testing and confirming migration of items to the Production instance.
Serve as the liaison between us and any 3rd party developers or contracted organizations to ensure proper execution and completion of any outsourced projects.
Serve as an active team member of the Operations Department and assist in meeting team objectives/deadlines, even though tasks may go beyond the scope of the typical Salesforce Developer/Admin responsibilities.


Salesforce Developer Certification(s) Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification(s) Preferred
At least 1 - 2 years of technical development experience with SFDC (Enterprise or Unlimited), web services, SQL, Data Loader, Reports & Dashboards, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Saleforce full life cycle implementation, APEX and Visualforce development, and Salesforce API
Experience with call center software and integration into Salesforce.com
